Lead design and development team responsible for machine control systems and software in harvesting.
Escalate priority questions with SPO/EFG Lead/Product Management to ensure that the Program Increment and sprint have the required information.
Manage team to ensure continued reliability of current solutions and integration and new development of software and electronics solutions.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering required and 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Software Engineer or Developer performing electronics and software development for mobile equipment in the automotive or agricultural machinery industry.
Experience may be gained concurrently.
20% international travel required.
Hybrid position eligible for remote work up to three days per week.
Must be on site at Hesston location at least one day per week.
