years of Experience in Engineering industry, preferably in Agricultural / Off highway industry.
Previous experience in heavy automotive industry a must. Previous experience with companies like Caterpillar, Oshkosh, Cummins, John Deere, etc would be an added advantage.
Great understanding on 3M's of Lean Manufacturing, 7 Wastes, NVA, etc.
Ability to influence and provide multi-functional leadership across multiple sites, cultures and various businesses.
Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of client's industry, products, markets, competition, and financial positions in a way to benefit the engagement.
Ability to understand and establish priorities in a complex and demanding environment.
Identify potential areas of engagement and potential solutions to client's issues and coordinate with Business Development Manager and Account Delivery Manager.
Able to work in a matrix environment with a focus on building relationships and driving improvements over multiple locations.
Ability to develop strategic concepts into an executable plan.
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Work with Account Delivery Manager (ADM) and Business Development Manager to develop Account growth plan and implement actions.
Identification of new competencies according to Client programs and share with ADM for developing them in the account.
Ability to be a change agent, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, able to energize and motivate both.
